AI chat and inquiries
The chat is an AI assistant powered by Anthropic through AI Engine. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate replies. Please do not share passwords, payment details, sensitive customer records or confidential documents. AI replies may be inaccurate and need human review.
Chat history stays in your browser; this website does not keep a separate server-side chat transcript. An abuse-prevention counter based on a hashed IP address lasts one hour. If you choose to leave your name, email and need, those details are emailed to Oakville AI so we can follow up. Inquiry emails are not automatically deleted. You may ask us to delete your inquiry or correct your information, subject to any records we need to keep.
AI Readiness Checklist sign-up
If you ask for the free AI Readiness Checklist, the form collects your name and email address. Those details are emailed to info@oakvilleai.com so Oakville AI can send you the checklist and may follow up once about it. You are not added to a mailing list.
The form uses a hidden “honeypot” field to block spam, and it does not set any cookies. To have your details deleted, email info@oakvilleai.com.
Website and service providers
Our hosting and email providers process website and inquiry data. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand website use. Images are loaded from Unsplash. If you book an intro call, Calendly processes your booking details under its own privacy policy. These providers, including Anthropic, may process data outside Canada; their retention and processing follow their own terms and policies.
You can control cookies and clear chat history through your browser settings. For access, correction, deletion or consent questions, email us. Client work and any access to business data are discussed separately before a project begins.
