What to expect on the call
Your task
What you’d like AI to help with, or what’s stuck, in plain language.
Your current setup
The software you already use and who would use the tool.
An honest fit check
Whether AI is a good fit, and which starting point makes sense: an AI starting plan ($350), tool setup (from $750), workflow automation (from $1,500) or troubleshooting ($150/hour). Sometimes the answer is a feature you already have.
Next steps
If it’s a fit, you’ll get a written proposal with the scope and price in CAD. You decide whether to go ahead.
The intro call is a conversation about fit, not a working audit. All prices in CAD; software subscriptions, usage fees and applicable taxes are additional. See costs and pricing.
To get the most out of 30 minutes
Name the task and the tool (if you have one), list the software it needs to work with and describe what a useful result looks like.
Quick questions.
Is the intro call really free?
Yes. The 30-minute call is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. Paid work only begins after a separate written agreement covering scope, price, payment, cancellation, ownership and support.
Do I need to know which AI tool I want?
No. If you haven’t chosen a tool, that’s what the AI starting plan is for: a 60-minute working session, a tool shortlist that fits your budget and current software, and written next steps.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
No. There is no ongoing subscription required to work with Oakville AI. Projects are quoted one at a time. Any AI software you use may have its own subscription or usage fees, and we’ll talk through those up front.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Max meets clients in person across Halton. The free intro call is a video call, and you can talk about meeting in person on that call.
