- What can happen automatically and what a person reviews.
- Failure handling and who checks exceptions.
- The testing, handoff and any support included.

AI starting plan
A 60-minute working session on one task. You leave with a shortlist of AI tools that suit your budget and current software, plus written next steps.
Tool setup
One off-the-shelf AI tool or simple workflow, configured and tested, plus a 60-minute walkthrough.
Workflow automation
One agreed workflow, such as inquiry intake or meeting follow-up, with integrations, testing and handoff defined in a quote.
Troubleshooting
Help when an existing tool or workflow isn’t working. One-hour minimum, with extra time agreed first.

Your data and accounts
The minimum data and account access needed is agreed before anything is shared. Testing uses non-sensitive sample information where possible, and work uses only the access needed for the agreed task.
What isn’t promised
AI output can be wrong, so every setup includes deciding where a person reviews the results. No specific time saving, revenue result or compliance status is promised, and troubleshooting isn’t an emergency support service. If a simpler option, an existing feature or a basic template solves your problem, you’ll hear that.
Who you’ll meet, and where
Oakville AI is run by Max, so the person on the first call does the work through to handover. Max meets clients in person across Halton, and the intro call is by video.
