One post is one finished idea, either a single graphic or one carousel, however many slides. Here's what a month looks like:
- Plan. We agree on the platforms that fit your customers, then plan the month's posts around your services, seasons and offers.
- Write and design. We write the captions and design the graphics and carousels, using photos you send us.
- Approve. You approve every post before it goes out.
- Publish. We schedule the approved posts, so they go out on time without you thinking about it.
- Review. Each month we look at what's working and plan the next one.
We don't reply to comments or DMs for you. If you'd like, we can draft suggested replies for you to send. Graphics and carousels only.
Which platforms should your business be on?
We work on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Growth covers 2 of the 3, your choice, and Scale covers up to 3. We'll recommend which fit your customers on your call. Being active on two platforms is better than being half-present on three.
Where does AI fit into your social media?
We're an AI-first consultancy, so we use AI where it saves time. AI tools help us plan topics, draft captions and turn material you already have, such as a finished job, a new service or a customer question, into posts. A person edits every post so it sounds like your business, and nothing goes out until you've approved it.

Is social media included in the Essentials plan?
Not as standard. Essentials includes Google Business Profile management, with weekly posts on your Google profile, which are not social media posts. Social media management starts with the Growth plan.

Yes. You approve every post before it goes out.
