A thirty-year Oakville law firm, finally findable
An outdated template that failed on mobile, replaced with a site structured around practice areas.

The problem
James Deep Law has guided Oakville families and businesses through real estate closings, wills and estates for over thirty years. Clients came by referral and stayed. The website did not reflect any of that.
It ran on a dated template and did not work on tablets or phones.
Structurally the firm was invisible for the work it actually does. Real estate, wills and estates, and notarial services are three different searches made by three different people. One page covering all of it ranks for none of it.
What we built
A trust-first site with a page per practice area, a clear intake path, and content that answers the questions clients actually ask before they call.
Practice area pages
Separate pages for real estate, wills and estates, and notarial services, each able to rank on its own.
Content that answers questions
Plain-English explainers on probate and on what happens on closing day, written for people searching before they instruct anyone.
Streamlined intake
A consultation path that makes it obvious how to start, with the phone number present throughout.
Ongoing local SEO
Monthly keyword work and new pages targeting the terms Oakville clients search for.
We hired Max at Oakville Web Designs to modernize our law firm’s website, and the results have been outstanding. He specifically focused on fixing our technical SEO and mobile performance, which led to a 40% jump in search impressions in just a few weeks. …
Content that earns its keep
Two explainer articles now bring in search traffic on their own, from people researching a problem long before they are ready to instruct a lawyer. That is the audience a brochure site never reaches.
